About Mark Eaves
In addition to selling Residential/Commercial and Industrial for Smith Realty, Mark has been a Registered Property Valuer for 30 years and 22 years on the Gold Coast. Furthermore, he has been a business owner, lessee, property investor and seller.
He has a Bachelor of Business property degree and a Diploma in Business Management. Mark has lived on the Gold Coast since 1973 with nearly 50years at Burleigh Heads. He has a depth of experience and extensive knowledge of the area, and his long term background provides a great understanding of the client’s needs and expectations.
Mark is a patrolling member of the North Burleigh SLSC having been a lifesaver for 52 years. He is also an active member of the Miami Masters Swimming Club and has been swimming as a masters swimmer for 35 years. Clients can also rely on Marks valuation skills, business acumen and excellent analytical skills.
